The Main House is entirely for Guests, there are 3 private Bedrooms, King ,King ,Queen and one Hobit Room...not for tall people as it has 6' ceiling, 3 full beds and a private bath. 3 full baths in the house. Owner ( that’s me, Steve) ls next door and available for questions, problems and local knowledge of activities etc. I enjoy being social with guests, but mostly give them space to enjoy their vacation uninterrupted. Ropes course and bike and Xcountry trails are at nearby hidden....Local secret ...Park Room for 4 cars parked in front of the house. You can walk to Sandy Beach or drive to many beautiful spots around the lake, Squaw Valley and Reno, Nv. Owner lives on property in an entirely separate unit. House Parties are banned.. Max Occupancy is 10 adults, not counting kids 14 and under upto 12 total persons. Placer Co is enforcing a strict 9pm noise ordinance & Renters can get fined if they disturb the neighbors after quiet hours: 9pm-8am. Garage is for Owner use only. -- Wont effect your enjoyment of the property in any way.
